Create email account

New to Telus. I have tried to follow instructions to setup email account in My Account but the button referred to in the instruction is no where to be found. Is there 2 different My Account websites ?

I don't think it's possible to create new email addresses from My Account website. I don't have the option to create new ones anymore on my account. I usually prefer Gmail myself.

My Account is now called My Telus.

Do you have Pure Fibre? If I recall, email is an add-on product, and not included as it is with the copper-delivered Internet.
