Hi all,
I'd like to change my the password to my Telus email account. So I go to do it, and the window opens up where I have to enter my old password and the new one. I enter both, and the new password passes all the checks and gets a nice big green bar. But I cannot complete the process, as the "change password" button is greyed out. I'm assuming that my new password is not meeting some rule that is not listed, but I've tried shortening it down (first attempt was 24 characters) all the way to 10 characters, and no luck. What am I doing wrong here?

Try eight characters. I seem to recall that number from a number of years ago, and it may still be their
standard. You can also double check at the support document, which contradicts my eight character recommendation.
