Can't Upgrade to Unlimited Data

Hi,

 

My house is currently being charged $45 extra every month for additional data. However, when I tried to upgrade to unlimited data online it says "you already have unlimited data." Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Paying extra money and have no way to avoid it is not a good way to do business Telus!

What plan do you currently have? To my recollection, the Pure Fibre accounts don’t have unlimited data, whereas the other Internet plans have a $15 per month add on available to them.
