I cannot watch any recordings in my pvr from prior to the switch.
I am using the same cable box when i was on the copper line as I own it ISB7150.
How do I get authority to watch my recordings
You may want to call Telus directly and have them check. The recordings are encrypted and can only be played while physically connected to the original Optik account. There won't be any troubleshooting you can do from this end to try correct it.
