285 East 10th Avenue - New Telus internet activation - Missing equipment

285 East 10th Avenue has a Telus internet promotion, as it is a new building in Vancouver.  

 

Calling into Telus, it says that the unit has an active internet connection.  However, the tenant can't seem to get the internet up and running.  Looking at the picture below of the current equipment, is there something that is missing?

Black box is your optik tv receiver along with the bigger of the two power supplies (left) white is your modem, adapter and cat 5 cable.

Configuration info should be on a Sticker..

I think that equipment needs to be plugged in before anything will work.

"Turns out that there is a multi-port module installed that the white ONT box was plugged into.  Unplugging from that module and only feeding into the modem got it working."
