Thanks for your post! The new internet overage charges you mentioned are specific to consumer accounts only, so this change does not impact any business plans.
Here's the scoop:
Small Business does not currently charge for overage for wire-line office internet usage. The usage limits set up for each package are based on recommended usage, used so that we can easily right-size a client into the correct plan. Business Anywhere internet has unlimited usage no matter what speed the client is on. The only business product that currently bills for internet usage would be the data from a smart hub failover (greater than 1 GB).
