How do I get started using TELUS Link?

Hello to all of our friendly neighbours.

 

I'm Sarah and I'm one of the many Neighbourhood specialists here to help answer your questions and provide information on common device and service related topics.

 

I've seen a lot of questions pop up on the Neighbourhood about our new TELUS Link service. Mainly, what is it, how does it work, and how do I get set up?  These are all great questions! Link is our new and improved push-to-talk service that runs on our expansive LTE network. Link is slowly replacing our Mike offering, as we want to supply you with the best network possible, which we can do by utilizing the LTE network.

Ready to try Link?  You can head over to our business mobility solutions page to see a breakdown of our Link rates, the selection of shiny new compatible smartphones, and our impressive network range. When you’re ready to make the switch, simply call us at 1-866-558-2273  and we will update your current MIKE service to the faster Link network. Don’t like dialing the phone? You can request a call back and we’ll contact you to discuss adding Link to all of your compatible business phones.
