I don’t get how this happened I had signed up with telus and after 4 days of only having this account it was put under fraud I had emailed the fraud fax people but has anyone has this ever happen to them.... please help and tell me there is an easier way instead of this bull of waiting how many days or hours ....
Unfortunately, once an account is tagged by the fraud department, nothing can occur until they have completed their assessment. Hopefully they will contact you soon.
