Telus selling customer's information to 3rd party company? Debt collector scam??

Cancelled my home service months ago. Paid all my bills and yet keep getting emails from this Susanne Sergi -Pre-Legal Account Manager of this General Credit Services In-c. This people knows my account number, my payment history even the payment I made two days ago. Even when my account balance shows zero on my Telus, they still don't give up.  Even I paid Telus the whatever equipment cost nonsense I just paid and sick of arguing.

Now is TELUS teaming up with another shady company to scam their customers??
