harassed by telus and general credit services

I had set up Telus internet for the apartment I lived at briefly. This apartment had a deal with Telus so all the equipment was BUILT INTO each apartment unit and all you had to do was activate it by calling Telus and pushing a button on the modem.

So anyway, when I moved out I cancelled my account and paid whatever fee I had to for cancelling early. Easy peasy thought that was the end of it.

Couple months go by and I start getting emails about a $108 bill from Telus. I cancelled months ago at this point and paid everything I needed to. Since I keep getting emails about this bill I call them. Guy on the phone says its because I didn't return equipment back when I vacated the apartment. However, there was no equipment to return. Everything was built into the unit that I was renting.

Explaining that to him was a rough time. I had to provide emails from the property manager at the time of vacating the apartment saying not to take any equipment with us since again it's BUILT IN. He had to show the email to his supervisor and finally it ended with him waiving the bill. He explicitly said that I would no longer be getting any bills from Telus.

Fast forward to a few months after that. I have been getting harassed non stop by emails and by phone from General Credit services saying I have a bill for $108 dollars from Telus. They have my full name and account number.

Im tired of being harassed. I dont want to sit on the phone for hours trying to talk to a sane person. I don't know how to resolve this. I dont owe anyone any bills.
