This service has been cancelled It's not possible to register a cancelled service. Error
I just signed up for TELUS fiber and got an email with all account number and contract. It says to log in, but when I try to register through the provided link, it gives me the error: This service has been cancelled It's not possible to register a cancelled service. If you need to pay an outstanding bill, please contact customer support or business customer support. I have the tentative installation date in 2 days. They said when I initially signed up over the phone that the day was just a placeholder but I don't know what's happening now since I can't register to see the status. Anyone else encounter this? Thanks.
