Fix the internet bill problem for Internet for Good

I applied for the Internet for Good program in March 2025, and my application was approved on March 19. In our community, the only available service is Internet 25, and we would like this service with unlimited data. On the TELUS website, Internet 25 under the Internet for Good program is shown at $9.95/month with unlimited data. However, nearly six months have passed, and my monthly bill has not been corrected. In fact, some months the charges have been even higher than the regular Internet 25 plan. Each month, I have had to call TELUS Support 2–3 times, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly ask for your assistance in fixing this billing problem.
