Yes i am. Telus doesn't seem to know how fix this. Paying for a feature Telus can not provide. As you can see, not the only customer with the issue. Thinking next steps maybe a CRTC claim as Telus is listing features they do not/can not support.

Well Telus escalated my issue and now things are really broken. They somehow now implemented call forwarding fix that can't even be disabled from my end. They say now 48 hours to fix their mistake, mean while can't receive phone calls on my landline.

Is there an ETA when the closed caption size issue will be fixed. Doesn't matter the setting they are huge and white on black.

Yep have the feature on my plan. Used previously a few months ago.

Yep. Exactly that. As soon as I dial the call forwarding number instant busy like signal. Doesn't matter the phone number I tried to forward to. Tried both my wife and I cell phone, my mom's landline number.
