When calling a busy land line, Telus hangs up quickly after dialing without reporting the busy status. We should get a message, and alert, a sound or some busy signal.
Some mobility operators like Bell will vocalize an SMS if mistakenly sent to a land line. Telus just ignores the message and you don't even get notified the message was lost. Where can I ask for this improvement?
Several times I called a number on my smartphone and Telus dial, then quickly hang up without a sound. I just realized this is how it behaves when a land line is busy. Can't we get an alert, a sound or some clear signal of this situation?
