I Open Telus Connect. I was Logged out. It Wouldn't accept password. Changed password. Now Telus Connect says NOT on home wifi. Have done all trouble shooting. Why does this app keep dropping for me

Thank you for replying. I payed with app. And poof a few hours later the series is unlocked. Definitely was a glitch.

Yes I'm hoping it's a bug. I went through both systems, Telus Crave and the app. Even uninstalled and installed app.Thank you for suggestion.M

I have this issue regularly. It was a treat the connect app worked for several months. Absolutely no reason, and it doesn't acknowledge WiFi.Sadly I've called many times, and the tech folks haven't been any assistance

Yes. Almost weekly. Last week the tech got it all going. Yesterday as written above. I have callback for next week.

Last week the tech back door put modem, booster back on the connect app. Today. App says modem off line. Booster was not. Did 1st steps trouble shooting. Now app won't accept modem password. Recognizes NO devices. Looks like I'll have tech support on...
