The Blue Jays home games are supposed to be outputting 5.1 audio, i have a 5.1 system and yet the audio to me is not 5.1 but rather stereo...and i know that it's supposed to be 5.1 because ive literally spoken to the guy who mixes audio for Sportsnet...

I've noticed when I put it to channel 555 (CMT HD) that it is playing the SD version of the channel and not the HD channel. Is this happening for anyone else?

Why is the quality of sports channels so bad. Channel 937 (NBA Tv Canada) is so bad. The bitrate or bandwidth is horrendous. Other HD sports channels are not great. 4k looks fine. Watching on an OLED you really notice it.....

For whatever reason Sportsnet 4k (channel 920) has had an issue where the audio and video is out of sync. The other Sportsnet channels seem to be fine. I've unplugged everything and nothing has changed. I have a soundbar and switched to tv speakers b...

Also only seems to be an issue on the 4k channels..the hd channel 5.1 seems to work when the game is on but on 4k it reverts to stereo when game is on...

Yup, have it on passthrough and bitstream...weird thing as the channel itself I hear sound through all speakers but when the game comes on it reverts back to stereo only when in 4k

Well if any tech reads this...I've rebooted everything on my end and CMTHD (555) is still showing the SD version of the channel....

I get that, but the show currently on (Rules Of Engagement) has never been shown in SD on CMTHD...the episodes currently airing aired in 2012...this is a Telus channel issue...

I just put it there and it does look like it has been fixed...I will keep on channel to see but looks like it may have been fixed...thanks!
