How do I get the SHOWCASE CHANNEL?

It's part of the Lifestyle & Beyond Theme Pack:

Optik TV Channel Guide (telus.com)

You may also be able to get it by itself depending on your current and area. You can check by logging into My Telus or contacting Telus.

I am subscribed to showcase, and I can't access the on demand shows. Why? Telus can't be double dipping for costs when I already subscribe to it.
