loosing all my recordings
hi,
it is the third time when I reboot my optik TV or it reboots on its own I lose all my recordings. Anyone else this happened? Thanks

Do you have the new cloud pvr or the original 4K box? If it’s the original it has never happened to me in the years I have used it. If its the new cloud pvr it seems to happen a lot.
