Missing on demand content

We were just about done watching Fboy island on demand (city TV) and now it’s only showing episodes one and two. So dissapointing as we only had episode 10 left to watch. Are we out of luck??

Series Recording Fails

I am able to set a Series to Record, however not all episodes are recorded. The missing episodes seem to be random. It seems that this is an issue since the inception of the Telus digital TV boxes....is it going to be fixed?
