Why does TTV+ Freeze Frequently?
* My TTV+ freezes frequently. It appears to happen more often than not on Live Streaming channels. Many of which I don't not wish to see/select.
However, if My Favorites function was "functional" - an ongoing frustrating issue (sorry I digress) covered on another thread - I could just take them out of play.
* An added glitch, during the freezing I hit scroll right button or guide and "surprise" the whole board of scheduled program reads "No Information" in every and all time slots.

Hey Optikal_Speak - have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Is this freezing on Wi-Fi only?
As previously mentioned, yet worth repeating, if Favorites was functional one could work-around and take it out of play.
Not a fix but definitely a "solution".
Hard-wired cable hook up. No Wi-Fi.
One of a plethora of issues to be honest and not the most grevious one!
I see others have been suffering through for a year + with all the same issues I've been calling and trying to resolve since switching from Legacy PVRs in early August 2024.
