Hi, I just got the new Optik TV wireless box (model UIW4054TLU) and I am still experiencing severe delays when watching live sports, up to 1 min. Even someone I know with an older version wireless box has less delay. Is there any way this could be fixed? It really makes watching live sports annoying if I can't check my phone for the whole game...
It really is unacceptable. They said they had a update coming out months ago and nothing is changed. If you check a app for the score and compare it to your tv you are way behind. Really making me want to go to Shaw.
