TELUS Team MemberThe update was released in October and the delay has been shortened from 40s-60s+ down to 10s+, this is the expected experience as feeds are not always simultaneous as mentioned by NFtoBC.
Hi, I just got the new Optik TV wireless box (model UIW4054TLU) and I am still experiencing severe delays when watching live sports, up to 1 min. Even someone I know with an older version wireless box has less delay. Is there any way this could be fixed? It really makes watching live sports annoying if I can't check my phone for the whole game...
