Tv sound keeps cutting out.
Unplugging and plugging it back in doesn’t fix it. Cable tv is fine . Telus is the problem. Nothing fixed it
Sound fading is my newest issue.

Can you provide us with your app version, and
a) does it happen on VOD, live TV, recordings, only some channels, etc?
b) Does the sound fade in and out or just goes down and stays down
c) how often is this happening? Is it after the box has been on for a certain period of time?
d) does restarting the box fix the issue (even temporarily)?Only CBC is cutting out. All other channels are fine. The sound is stuttering.
