Hi Audio_Guy , there are definitely users with working record functionality, and there are users that experienced issues but was fixed by an agent. I was able to escalate your previous call-in to our backend again, and they reprovisioned your account. Can you try and see if the issue is fixed? Please make sure you have the latest app version.
