The new solution to a problem that cannot be solved
The bell indicated a new post is made in a thread I am following, series recordings. The reply box is greyed out and has this within it.

NOTE: this is all that is seen.
The accepted solution July 5, 2023 says we are working on it with a link to a closed thread.

Today I was asked by email if I received an answer to my question. NO, while the one reply post was obvious to what I found for myself it was not an answer to why threads are closed without a REAL solution to make the question go away.
