What happened to The News Forum on channel 842 in Calgary?

    Upon calling Telus I was informed the channel has been discontinued and is no longer available. Thanks for attempting to help dru.

From what I can tell, there shouldn't be any interruption to that channel. Have you tried logging into your online profile to see if you're still subscribed to it?

Yes, still subscribed within the legacy news bundle but it doesn't show as a subscribed channel in the guide.

    Can you try toggling the menu to view all channels or only subscribed channels? Trying to weed out other issues. Here's how:

    1. Press Guide on your Optik TV remote control
    2. Press Options
    3. Scroll down to Guide settings and press OK
    4. Select Customize settings
    5. Scroll left to Check all
    6. Scroll up to Save

      Channel 842 still does not appear in the guide after trying this.
