Telus TV+

Received email to update Telus Optic TV app to Telus TV+, now I cannot watch anything from On Demand or from my pvr. Whereas last night I could on the previous version of this app. I'm so upset as I'm in the US for 2 months and enjoy being able to keep my pvr from overflowing by watching on the app. Please tell me how to get the previous version back or get the new version to work.

    They should add that feature. This would be awsome.

    We never had the ability to watch PVR recorded shows from the app. This is not new. I can view the listing of recorded programs and create new recordings.

     

    What's new for me is the inability to watch live and on demand programming. All I get on my OnePlus 6T is a black screen.
