TV+ for other household members to access
I'm new Telus customer coming from Shaw. I've always been able to create multiple users for accessing their version of TV+ for either computer or mobile use. This option is very convenient.
Is that something that I can do on Telus as well? I did see something on this forum from 3 years ago where you need to call in to create an alternate user. It also mentions that Telus may look into self-management option by the Telus customer, is this still the case? How many users can be created?
I don't believe this is possible. AFAIK the account that is used for billing is the only option available.

I'm actually looking on how to create user login for the mobile phone or computer to watch the channels. I would prefer not to use my login access for devices that are not mine.
Is there a way to create multiple user login accounts?

I don't believe this is possible. AFAIK the account that is used for billing is the only option available.
