TELUS TV app on my Android TV

Hi, 

I recent add TELUS TV app to my Android TV and when I use the live TV function, the screen flickers with a black image, it happens on every channel but not when I watch TV on demand.   I have done standard troubleshoots,  resetting TV, resetting internet, no solution.  My TV is a Hisense TV.  Is TELUS support working on this issue?

    Hisense isn't one of the listed officially supported TVs. They may have a different version of AndroidTV installed on them. Do you know which version of AndroidTV is installed on the TV?

      and how come this is not impacting all my other apps?

      How would I determine this?  "Do you know which version of AndroidTV is installed on the TV?"
