Series Record not working

TELUS Team MemberHi T1997 , do you have the newest TELUS TV Wireless box? If so, you have the option of selecting "first run only" or "First run and reruns" when editing your recordings. Long press the record button, go to your scheduled recording, edit series, and select "first run and reruns"
- The newest telus optik+ box can’t do series recordings… i can only pvr individual episodes.

It works for me on some shows, but yes, some shows it is individual episodes only
