Send us a private message
When you get asked/told to send us a private message. TELUS_Support At the top right hand of the page is an envelope. Click on that and you should be able to send us a private message. NOT easy ...

Community ManagerHere is the method that we refer to when we ask people to message us on the TELUS_Support account:
Click the envelope at the top:
Then fill in our name, write the message you want and click send!

I wish clicking on the envelope at top right would get me what you have shown, but I only get that screen doing it as I described.
BUT Click on the user name and then click the send a message button works great
