Recordings are not currently supported on Telus tv+

Hi,
I believe it has been longer than 15 days since we received the new Telus tv+ box, but still unable to watch recordings. Keeps saying recordings not available.

    Hi Erinclarehill, I reviewed your account and noticed you have the latest TELUS digital box and older boxes (HD/4K). We currently do not support mixing the newer and older devices in a household as it may cause functionalities to conflict. Please reach out to our Technical Team at telus.com/support through our chat option or at 1-888-811-2323 and request an agent to either switch the new box back to a 4K box or your existing 4K boxes to the new TELUS digital box.
