Currently got the new Telus box and when I’m hitting the previous button to go between 2 sports games , the channel I’m going to isn’t live and it is behind 30 seconds . I have to click forward to make it skip 30 seconds ahead so I’m watching live . Is there a way to make it so when I switch channels it goes straight to live ? Thanks

Hi Franklyn , upon confirming with our development team, the current 30 seconds behind live is the intended experience to ensure playback quality is optimal and no buffering is experienced when jumping between channels. That said, we have a release coming in October where we'll reduce the duration to 10 seconds to improve the viewing experience. Please stay tuned!- Optik-Kate
