Pik TV Browser Log In page does NOT load
The log in page does not load at all. All cookies enabled, shields down. I tried google chrome and edge, both updated. I'm on windows 10 also updated. Anyone know why it won't load?

Community ManagerIf you're logged in on any other devices, can you try logging out of those first? It's possible multiple log-ins are affecting this instance.
Its actually my first time trying to use pik tv, I just got it in my internet package..

Hi, I was also able to log into Pik. Have you tried incognito mode by any chance?
Another troubleshooting step I can think of is try logging into https://telustvplus.com/#/

Hello, I tried incognito and the link youve sent. Same problem keeps happening. The page is totally stuck in the loading symbol. It doesnt even load to where I need to put my username and password in..

Can you try downloading the app to your mobile device to see if those same credentials work?
