Picture Quality
Just got "upgraded" to the new digital TelusTV+ box. Why is the picture so bad? It's hard to watch sports when everything is so fuzzy and the frame rate seems slow.

Community ManagerCan you try the suggestion posted in your other thread to see if it helps? Also, try re-seating your HDMI cables.
Yes. I have done both. Looking through other people's posts I think this is a problem on Telus' end.

- I have a new oleg samsung tv that had a great picture when I was using Shaw. Now that telus has been installed the picture is so blurry it is hard to watch. It actually hurts my eyes.
