PVR Not recording and cannot delete old recordings. I

My system is now just over 2 years old and I cannot record any new shows. I also cannot delete any of the old recordings. Only 7% of the disk is currently used. I have reset all equipment (PVR, boxes and router) several times. Next step will be to call tech support or go to another provider.
