Optik stuttering
After a thirteen hour power outage the other day the tv picture freezes and pixelates every couple of minutes. Tried all the usual steps and it is still happening. I have the original Optik box and ...
Was resolved over the phone with tech support. Did all the reboots that I did, so who knows why it didn’t work for me.
Calling in was surprisingly painless, got a call back in half an hour. Then about an hour on the phone while all the reboots took place. The tech called back a couple hours later to check if all was still good.
