Netflix isn’t working
Before adding Netflix to our Telus account, we used my son’s Netflix account. Now that we have Netflix via Telus (and confirmed it’s activated) we can’t use it. Whenever we start the app, it asks to Restart Your Account or Sign In.
I’ve taken the steps to restart the optik tv box, but the problem persists.

Are you using your son’s credentials to sign in? I understood Netflix through Telus is a different account with its own login credentials.
