Naturescape channel 26 not working
For the last 2 weeks channel 26 Naturescape has been working only sporadically. The preview in the guide looks fine, but once you select the channel, the screen is either black or fully pixelated. I thought it was my 4K PVR box, so called Telus support. It improved for a couple of days after that, but now the channel is not working at all and the promised folllow-up from Telus never materialized. I learned today that my neighbour is experiencing the same issue. Anyone else having this problem? Cheers
After at least a week of the channel not working, it was back this morning. I also checked with my neighbour and it was working for him as well.

So far, I’m not experiencing the black screen or pixelation you describe.
