What is going on with the website for My Telus. I know the desktop has been under change for a while. I have been patient for the past month.

This is what I get when trying to access my account information

Looks like something went wrong. Please try again.

And no I am not going to PM you with account details.

  • 2ND try got me into a page that looks just like when you are not logging into your account. With some exploring I got to the Optik TV page displaying my account # and

  • A new one for me today. The online Ai chat bot referred me to another Ai bot via text on my phone.

    But then that bot after I said I want a person said OK they will call you within 15 minutes. So I did get a live call from a billing tech, who after I explained the bots were told I want a person in tech support then passed along my number to a nice lady who confirmed she was tech support and had just heard the same from another person. However it is not an issue they were aware of or are working on that she knows, but will move it up the line which could take a week. She noted that I had brought this up in September as it is on my file.

  • online talked with Ai who could not understand my question. But this time when I typed agent it offered me a text message to connect with a live person expert. Waiting.

  • sorry, not changing browsers to fix a Telus problem. You know on the new and improved website within the last month.

    I did say I can view cell phone pages, Telus home phone pages and my business phone pages all on the summary page. But Optik TV manage link says sorry.
