Logging in Repeatedly,
I am constantly having to log in every time I use the app, is there a way to keep me logged in?
There’s a reason this app is rated 2.2 on the App Store

Official Support TeamWe understand how inconvenient it is to keep logging in whenever you use the PIK TV app. Typically, the app should remember your login credentials unless there’s an update or the cache is cleared. To help keep you logged in:
- Ensure you're using the latest version of the PIK TV app.
- Check your device settings to see if you have any app or cache-clearing settings enabled (such as battery optimization).
- If you use a VPN, try disabling it temporarily, as this can sometimes interfere with login persistence.
