How to search in the Guide
Is there a way to search for shows in the Guide function? I'd like to be able to do that to set up series recordings. It was always available in Shaw, and can't seem to find it with Optik. Hopefully I'm just missing it...
Telus... So far as a new customer I find the recording side of things quite inferior to Shaw. I hope you will continue to expand user options. Would be happy to provide more feedback. Thx

There is no 'Search' function within the guide; we've set up search so that it doesn't only return results across the channels. You can use the Home screen search function (magnifying glass) to search for shows across live, On Demand and 3rd party streaming services such as Netflix. Once you select the show you were looking for, you can play episodes On Demand, view upcoming episodes, set recordings, add to favourites, see the cast and crew etc. from the details page.

Less trying to sell us more and more basic functionality would be nice. It was "nice" to know I could pay to watch a show on Prime that was available for free with the channels I allready pay for, if I could find out what time it was on...
