Global TV app sign in

I have previously been able to use my Pik TV credentials to sign in to the Global TV app and watch all of their shows from all different channels with no problems. Suddenly it won’t work and tells me that I’m not subscribed to any of the Global channels…is this a known issue, or does anyone know if something has changed?

    krooney tested on my end and it's working. 

    Are you logging in via their app or website via browser?

      Thanks for the reply, I’m signing in through their apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. I tried again after reading your reply and a suddenly it is working after many days of it not, so it must have just been a glitch. Thanks for the help!
