Very Strange. The font size on my TV screen was way too small to see from the kitchen (about 16 feet away). After a lot of trial and error, I enlarged the font. BOTH TVs now have very large font. Problem--I have spent 3 hrs trying to change the font size to a smaller size. I have followed online directions. I eventually contacted a TELUS TECH REP. Even after over an hour with the TELUS REP, we were unsuccessful in reducing the font size. The REP decided to learn how to do it and we are to "meet again" a few days later. NOTE: We found the options of changing the font sizes, but choosing ALL the font sizes available, the Font Size on the screen remained the LARGE size. It is a BUG in the system, not a problem with following directions.

So that we are clear - are you trying to change the font of the actual user interface (UI) items? Or the font on closed captioning?&nbsp;
To change the font of the UI elements, you can go to Settings &gt; Device settings &gt; Accessibility &gt; Text scaling. I was able to change to 130%, then to 85% and back to 100% and my settings were retained each time. It's worth noting that beyond 100% scaling, some items may not render properly or words may be truncated, so&nbsp; bear that in mind. If you've tried this and it's not returning to small fonts, you may need to reboot your box or worst case factory reset to return to default settings. Factory reset is pretty drastic as you'll lose saved passwords on third party applications, so I'd only do it as a last resort.
As for closed captioning font sizes, the ability to change these is not yet supported.&nbsp;
