Error Code 404-3304 on My T.V

Hello, I'm getting an error code 404-3304 when I enter my credentials on my Telus T.V

 

These credentials work on my telus.com/mytelus and it works fine, but not on my T.V.

    Hey davidoliverwude Are you a new customer trying to watch TV on a new TV box? Were you able to watch TV before and then this started happening?

      Hi, I was having problems before, but I have a new cable box. I think it's an account synchronization problem? What are your thoughts?
