Equipment Return during Canada Post Strike
I presently have a couple of Telus Boxes to return to Telus. Now that Canada Post is on strike, I am unable to use the original designated method to return this equipment. Does anyone know if Telus ...
We suggest holding on to the equipment until the strike passes. We're aware of the labour distription and we will not be charging equipment return late fees while it is on-going.

With Canada post is on strike how do I return equipment. Can I drop them into TELUS store near my house?

Official Support TeamOur stores cannot accept the equipment but you can hold on to them until after the labour disruption is resolved. We will not be charging any penalties for a late return while it is on-going.
