Digital TV box crashing

Telus TV is stuck on the last channel I was watching with a transparent black rectangle through the middle third of the screen. None of the functions work on the remote. Google assistant button makes the screen go black and brings up the guide momentarily, but it is unusable and then it goes back to the current channel again.

Unplug the box for 10 seconds and hopefully after the restart things will return to normal. If not you will likely need to contact service to get it looked at.

Yeah it worked after a factory reset. 2 factory resets in past 24 hours...this system is awesome /s
