TELUS Team MemberWhat version of the Pik TV app are you running? Is it App version 2.1.1 Build version 202? If not, I would recommend installing the newest version.
You can find this info in Pik TV settings (the gear icon at the right-hand side of the top menu navigation).
I can confirm the above is what I am utilizing. No luck.
