I may have to call Telus on this one. Reviewing our videos from last night. I get a 30 second clip that starts 21 seconds in. So I get nine seconds of the actual vehicle in the video. This makes zero sense to me. Shouldn’t the video start when the vehicle enters the zone I have created and then record from there? Why would it record 20 seconds of nothing before anything is even in my zone? I had even selected the option on my dashboard to NOT record prior to the camera being triggered. At the very least they act as a deterrent however the cameras are useless if this is how they record.
