Ne Pik box

I Recieved the email my new box was being shipped, later on received an email that it had been delivered and to activate my new box. I have not received my ney box yet. What is going on?

Either the delivery company marked it as delivered too early, left it at the wrong address, or a porch pirate made off with your package.

You will need to contact Telus directly to resolve the delivery issue.
